Our company owns and operates several luxury properties in Santorini, including White Pearl Villas, White Pearl Cavalieri, White Pearl Laokasti Suites, Elysian Santorini, and Elysian Retreat and other seasonal enterprises such as Luno Cafe in Oia, Besalou Restaurant in Oia and Above Bistro in Imerovigli that further enhance our guests' experience.

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team for the 2027 season (April-October). As a Bartender, you will be an integral part of our guest experience, responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers. You will create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at our bars while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create classic and innovative cocktails following company recipes and standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bottles, glassware, and utensils.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
  • Process payments accurately and manage the cash register or POS system.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale bar environment preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
