Join Our Team as a Receptionist / Cashier (Part-Time)

Jim White Toyota in Toledo, OH is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist/Cashier to serve as the face of our dealership. As a proud member of the White Family Dealerships, we have been family-owned and dedicated to serving Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan for over 50 years. We pride ourselves on community involvement, quality vehicles, and delivering an exceptional experience to every customer. Working Hours (Part-Time):

  • Monday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • First Point of Contact: Welcome visitors and provide a warm, professional first impression of our dealership.
  • Call Routing: Answer incoming phone calls, determine the caller’s needs, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Cashiering Duties: Process customer payments for vehicle service and parts efficiently.
  • Clerical Support: Complete basic administrative tasks, filing, and data entry as required to keep operations running smoothly.
