  • Conduct and oversee legal research relating to FDA regulation, healthcare compliance, reimbursement, drug pricing, market access, government price reporting, privacy, artificial intelligence governance and enforcement risk
  • Help ensure that clients’ commercial objectives and regulatory interests are appropriately identified, represented and protected throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of substantive experience at a leading law firm in M&A, healthcare regulatory, FDA regulatory or life-sciences transactional matters
  • Experience representing buyers, sellers, and financial sponsors in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
  • Meaningful experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostic, digital health, healthcare provider, pharmacy, laboratory or other FDA-regulated businesses is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with FDA regulatory frameworks, including product approval, clearance and authorization pathways, clinical research, labeling and promotion, quality systems, manufacturing and post-market requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
