Position Overview: White's Auto Mall is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Service Team. As a vital member of our service department, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles from leading brands in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and complete repairs promptly.
  • Provide accurate estimates for repairs needed.
  • Effectively communicate mechanical issues and repairs to Service Advisors.
  • Document testing and repairs performed on work order.
  • Perform multi point inspections with pictures and videos.
  • Stay updated on new technical information and technologies through formal training sessions.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of technician experience.
  • Proficiency in new vehicle technologies.
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
