  • เป็นตัวเชื่อมหลักระหว่างทีมร้านค้ากับทีมอื่นๆ ทั้งการตลาด การค้า และฝ่ายขาย ทำให้ทุกคนทำงานสอดคล้องกันและมีเป้าหมายเดียวกัน
  • สร้างและปรับปรุงแนวทางการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพในระดับร้านค้า โดยเฉพาะในบิ๊กซี โลตัส และร้านสะดวกซื้อ รวมไปถึงโรงพยาบาลในเครือ
  • ติดตามและวางมาตรฐานการทำงานหน้าร้านอย่างสม่ำเสมอและ รวมถึงช่วยพัฒนาต่ออย่างเนื่องและให้คำแนะนำที่นำไปใช้ได้จริงกับทีมขาย
  • วางแผนการจัดทีมขายให้อยู่ในตำแหน่งที่เหมาะสมที่สุด พัฒนาความสามารถของทีมและสร้างบรรยากาศที่ดีเพื่อลดการลาออกของพนักงาน
  • ติดตามตัวชี้วัดสำคัญทางธุรกิจอย่างใกล้ชิด ทั้งยอดขาย ประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน และมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน สร้างแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อแก้ไขจุดอ่อนและเพิ่มยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้า
