Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent

- You must complete all training required by Whitsons and the government as needed
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English

- While performing the tasks of this job, the team member is frequently required to sit, walk, talk, and listen
- Use hands and fingers to feel, manipulate, or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms.
- Standing most of the workday, as well as walking around.
- Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Sometimes it is necessary to lift while turning from side to side.
- Specific visual skills required by this job include near vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- The position sometimes requires extended hours including evenings and/or weekends, travel to multiple job sites, and occasional out-of-state travel.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, specifically in the packaging and warehousing areas.
- Standing is required for most of the workday.
- The work requires movement in and out of warehouses, near heavy machinery and freezers.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot and cold) due to cooking and refrigeration equipment.
- The noise level in the work environment is moderate to high.
