Your schedule, your way
- Our clients need care at all hours, so you can choose what works for you: Short visits and full-day shifts Mornings, afternoons, and evenings Weekends Overnight care Part-time, fill-in availability, options to work up to Full-time Want more hours? You can pick up open shifts and earn coverage bonuses.

Skills You'll Put to Work
- Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting done with dignity and respect
- Safe transfers and mobility: proper body mechanics, gait belts, and assistive equipment
- Dementia and Alzheimer’s care: person-centered approaches that reduce stress and preserve independence
- Observation and reporting: noticing changes in a client’s condition and reporting them to your care team
- Daily living support: meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Companionship: real connection that honors each client’s history and personality
What You Bring
- 1+ years of in-home caregiving or similar hands-on experience
- Valid California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration
- Proven skill with transfers, lifts, and safe mobility assistance
- Dementia or Alzheimer’s experience (strongly preferred)
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start)
- Current TB test (within last 90 days or willingness to obtain before start)
- Reliable transportation and valid California driver’s license
- A warm, patient, professional way with clients and families
