Ihre Aufgaben

  • Installation von Sanitäranlagen, Heizungsanlagen, und Klimaanlagen gemäß den örtlichen Vorschriften und Herstellerrichtlinien
  • Durchführung von regelmäßigen Wartungsarbeiten an Bestandsanlagen, einschließlich Inspektionen, Funktionsüberprüfung, Reinigungen und Einstellungen
  • Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen und Fehlfunktionen in Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen und Austausch defekter Komponenten
  • Beratung von Kunden bezüglich einer energieeffizienten und optimalen Nutzung, ihrer Anlagen
  • Dokumentation von Arbeitsaufträgen, durchgeführten Arbeiten und verwendeten Materialien
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Umweltschutzbestimmungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Kundendienst und in der Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnikanlagen
  • Kenntnisse über geltende Normen, Vorschriften und Richtlinien im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik
  • Fähigkeit, technische Probleme zu diagnostizieren und effektive Lösungen anzubieten.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Handy / Smartphone und Tablet
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und zur Einhaltung neuer Technologien und Verordnungen in der Branche
