  • Erstellen von Kalkulationen nach dem Leistungsverzeichnis
  • Preise bilden und nach Kenngrößen aufschlüsseln
  • Einholen und Bearbeiten von Angeboten
  • Erstellen von Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen
  • Mitwirken an Bieter- und Vergabegesprächen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf und Vertrieb
  • Prüfung externer Planungen zur Vorbereitung der Montageplanung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der BL zur Projektabwicklung
  • Prüfung und Klärung technischer Optimierung zur Kosteneinsparung
  • Erstellen von Berechnungen, Details und Schemen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Zeichenabteilung

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungs- und Gebäudetechnik, abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister/in und/oder Techniker/in Fachrichtung H/S/L und/oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation wünschenswert
  • ausgeprägtes Kostenverständnis und unternehmerisches Denken
  • selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • sicherer Umgang mit moderner Informationstechnologie und der branchenüblichen Software
