Wickstrom Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Professional to join our team in Barrington, IL. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving vehicle sales and representing our brand with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to support repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automobile sales or a related sales role is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
