A Wicomm é uma agência de marketing digital especializada em e-commerce e com foco em performance. Nosso propósito é otimizar cada ponto de contato da jornada dos consumidores dos nossos clientes, entregando resultados reais e sustentáveis. Para fortalecer o nosso time, buscamos um(a) Account Executive Sênior para atuar de forma dedicada a um cliente de grande porte, sendo a principal referência da conta.

Atividades

  • Conhecer a fundo as soluções da Wicomm e atuar como principal interface entre o cliente e os times internos;
  • Acompanhar toda a entrada do cliente (onboarding) em cada área, garantindo o alinhamento de escopo, entregáveis e responsabilidades;
  • Coordenar todas as demandas do cliente, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos, SLAs e a qualidade das entregas;
  • Conduzir reuniões de kick-off, alinhamentos semanais e comitês executivos mensais com o cliente;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de performance e resultados, apoiando a análise e a apresentação de relatórios ao cliente;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e novos projetos para a conta;
  • Realizar visitas presenciais ao cliente, pelo menos uma vez por semana.

Aqui, você vai estar no centro da estratégia, participando ativamente das entregas e acompanhando de perto o impacto do seu trabalho nos resultados de grandes marcas do e-commerce.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior completo em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Relações Públicas, Comunicação Social, Jornalismo ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência em atendimento de contas em agências de e-commerce
  • Domínio do Google Workspace
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Residir na região da Grande São Paulo, com disponibilidade para visitas semanais ao cliente
  • Conhecimento em CRM, CRO e SEO será um diferencial.
