Für unser neues Nassbeschichtungswerk in Feuchtwangen suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unseren Empfang betreut und als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Kunden, Fahrer und Besucher dafür sorgt, dass die Warenannahme und die Abläufe am Standort reibungslos funktionieren.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Betreuung des Empfangs und erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden, Fahrer und Besucher
  • Annahme, Prüfung und Erfassung von Waren und Lieferungen sowie Pflege der Daten im ERP-System
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Lieferscheinen, Arbeitspapieren und weiteren Dokumenten
  • Koordination der Warenannahme und Abstimmung mit Kunden, Fahrern und Produktion
  • Klärung von Rückfragen sowie Unterstützung bei allgemeinen kaufmännischen und administrativen Aufgaben

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, Empfang, Wareneingang oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, z. B. SAP
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und souveränes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden, Fahrern und Besuchern
