Stellenbeschreibung

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Kunden – von der Anfrage bis zum Abschluss
  • Aktiver Ausbau von Neukunden sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Angeboten
  • Beratung von Kunden vor Ort zu Leistungen im Bereich Korrosionsschutz (Feuerverzinkung, Beschichtung)
  • Analyse von Markt- und Kundenpotenzialen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Vertriebsmaßnahmen
  • Konsequente Nachverfolgung von Angeboten und aktive Steuerung bis zum Abschluss
  • Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Metallbauer/in, Konstruktionsmechaniker/in, Industriemechaniker/in oder Technische/r Produktdesigner/in
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Metallverarbeitung, industriellen Fertigungsprozessen und dem Feuerverzinken
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu regionalen Kundenbesuchen
