Die Telekommunikationsbau Services GmbH (TKS) ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen der Wiegel-Gruppe mit Standorten in Dretzel und Magdeburg. Wir planen, realisieren und warten Mobilfunk- und Telekommunikationsstandorte für alle relevanten Netzbetreiber in Deutschland und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Ausbau der digitalen Infrastruktur.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie als Monteur (m/w/d) im Bereich Telekommunikationsbau im deutschlandweiten Einsatz (z. B. München, Nürnberg, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Köln, Hannover, Leipzig oder Wiesbaden).

Auch erfahrene Obermonteure (m/w/d) sowie eingespielte Montageteams sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Montage von Antennen-, Mobilfunk- und Stahlbaukomponenten an Mast-, Turm- und Dachstandorten
  • Durchführung von Kabel- und Anschlussarbeiten im Bereich der Mobilfunktechnik
  • Aufbau und Montage von Stahlbaukonstruktionen sowie Baugruppen
  • Fachgerechte Umsetzung der Arbeiten nach technischen Vorgaben, Plänen und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitern, Bauleitern, Kollegen und Subunternehmern auf der Baustelle
  • Je nach Erfahrung: Übernahme von Verantwortung als Obermonteur (m/w/d) inkl. Koordination kleiner Montageteams

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Quereinsteiger mit handwerklichem Geschick sind ausdrücklich willkommen
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Montage im Bereich Telekommunikation, Stahlbau oder Industrie von Vorteil
  • Auch erfahrene Obermonteure sowie eingespielte Montageteams sind willkommen
  • Bereitschaft zu bundesweiten Montageeinsätzen und Reisetätigkeit
  • Höhentauglichkeit erforderlich (Kosten für Prüfung und Steigausbildung übernehmen wir)
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich, Klasse BE wünschenswert
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B1
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
