Sie sind zuverlässig, führungsstark und haben ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und Prozesse? Dann übernehmen Sie Verantwortung als Schichtleiter (m/w/d) und sorgen Sie dafür, dass in unserer Feuerverzinkerei alles reibungslos läuft.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Führung, Einsatzplanung und Motivation Ihres Produktionsteams sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Produktionsablaufs.
  • Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktionsaufträge im SAP-System sowie Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Fertigstellung.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards sowie Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätskontrollen.
  • Überwachung der Produktionsanlagen und des Verzinkungsprozesses unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften.
  • Unterstützung bei der Kommissionierung und Bereitstellung der Ware für den Versand.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Bereichen, um einen störungsfreien Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft sicherzustellen.

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder gewerbliche Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Metallbereich.
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung oder die Motivation, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse; Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP sind von Vorteil.
  • Staplerschein wünschenswert – kann aber auch nachträglich über uns erworben werden.
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Maß an Teamgeist und Einsatzbereitschaft.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne praktisch mit, sind körperlich belastbar und bereit, im 2-Schicht-Betrieb tätig zu sein.
