Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie als Strategischer Einkäufer (m/w/d) am Standort Redekin in Vollzeit

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Steuerung des strategischen Einkaufs für Produktionsmaterialien wie z. B. Stahl oder Zink
  • Analyse von Beschaffungsmärkten und Lieferanten zur Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen
  • Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Rahmen-, Mengen-, Preis- und Qualitätsvereinbarungen
  • Bewertung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten hinsichtlich Liefertreue, Qualität und Performance
  • Einkaufscontrolling und Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen
  • Analyse sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozessen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, absolviertes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Supply Chain Management bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder in der Beschaffung, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Interesse an Beschaffungsmärkten sowie an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit Lieferanten
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
