Voor SoluForce in Enkhuizen, waar hoogwaardige vezel versterkte composiet buizen worden geproduceerd, zoeken wij een Document Controller.

Als Document Controller werk je in een internationale projectomgeving waarin kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en continu verbeteren van het documentatiesysteem binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt voor een logische structuur, strak versiebeheer en een betrouwbare informatievoorziening. Dankzij jouw werk zijn documenten altijd actueel, toegankelijk, veilig en volledig traceerbaar.

Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in de begeleiding van IT-projecten. Je denkt mee over de inrichting van digitale systemen, test nieuwe functionaliteiten en helpt collega’s bij een eventuele overgang naar vernieuwde tools en werkwijzen. Of het nu gaat om implementatie van een nieuw systeem, het optimaliseren van workflows of het trainen van collega’s? Jij zorgt voor structuur, duidelijkheid en een soepele adoptie. Dankzij jouw kritische blik en praktische aanpak worden IT-projecten niet alleen succesvol uitgerold, maar ook écht gebruikt en gedragen door de organisatie.

Je werkt nauw samen met projectteams, engineers, leveranciers en andere stakeholders. Je bewaakt deadlines, signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt dat documentatie voldoet aan interne standaarden én externe eisen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van het digitale document management systeem.
  • Bewaken van documentstructuren, metadata, workflows en autorisaties.
  • Coördineren van documentenstromen tussen interne teams, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en proactief aandragen van oplossingen.
  • Ondersteunen van collega’s bij correct gebruik van het systeem en procedures.
  • Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van processen en digitalisering binnen documentbeheer.

Verder neem je mee:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau en ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol en de drive om het vak écht te beheersen.
  • Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal
  • Nauwkeurig, leergierig, gestructureerd en gemotiveerd.
