Wil jij werken met machines, techniek leren en samen met je collega’s zorgen dat de productie blijft draaien? In Azewijn krijg je de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een steeds breder inzetbare operator. Je werkt in 2 ploegen, waardoor je naast je werk ook volop tijd overhoudt.

Dit krijg je van ons

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.800,- en € 3.150,-
  • 10,75% ploegentoeslag over je gewerkte uren
  • Daarmee komt je salaris inclusief ploegentoeslag uit op ongeveer € 3.101,- tot € 3.489,- bruto per maand
  • 24 vakantiedagen, 13 ADV-dagen en de mogelijkheid om extra dagen bij te kopen

Dit ga je doen

Als Machine Operator werk je midden in het productieproces van onze fabriek in Azewijn. Je bedient en bewaakt verschillende machines, stelt ze goed af en houdt scherp in de gaten of het proces verloopt zoals het hoort.

Zie je een afwijking of storing? Dan onderneem je actie en schakel je waar nodig met je collega’s. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de productie blijft draaien en dat onze gevelstenen voldoen aan de kwaliteit die we van wienerberger verwachten.

Je leert de machines en het productieproces steeds beter kennen. Laat je zien dat je technisch handig bent, initiatief neemt en graag nieuwe dingen leert? Dan krijg je volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en steeds breder inzetbaar te worden.

Wat jij in huis hebt

  • Mbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting
  • Ervaring als operator of in een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en vindt het leuk om met machines te werken
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal
  • Je bent leergierig, werkt graag samen en pakt verantwoordelijkheid
