Dit ga je doen

Als Operator bij wienerberger werk je in het hart van onze dakpannenfabriek in Tegelen. Deze fabriek is ruim 20 jaar geleden nieuw gebouwd en voorzien van moderne productielijnen. Jij bewaakt het proces, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een stabiele en veilige productie.

Jouw werkzaamheden

  • Bedienen, instellen en controleren van productiemachines
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en productie-output
  • Signaleren en (mede) oplossen van storingen
  • Uitvoeren van 1e-lijns onderhoud
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in het proces

Werken in ploegendienst

Je werkt in een vast en overzichtelijk ploegensysteem:

  • 3 dagen vroege dienst: 05:30 – 14:00
  • 3 dagen late dienst: 14:00 – 22:30
  • 3 dagen vrij

Gemiddeld werk je 39,3 uur per week. Over alle gewerkte uren ontvang je een ploegentoeslag van 29,24%.
