Jouw rol binnen Pipelife

Voor onze afdeling Componentenbeheer in Enkhuizen, zoeken wij een voorman die tot zijn recht komt in een dynamische, technische omgeving. Jij zorgt dat in onze fabriek de extrusie-lijnen altijd over de juiste componenten beschikken en dat het team soepel en veilig werkt.

Op de afdeling extrusie staan ruim 27 extrusie-lijnen, die verschillende typen- en maten buis produceren. Voor elke maat zijn specifieke componenten nodig. De afdeling componentenbeheer zorgt ervoor dat deze componenten tijdig beschikbaar zijn, in goede staat verkeren en op de juiste plek terechtkomen.

Als voorman ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de vloer. Je stuurt drie medewerkers aan, verdeelt het werk en bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit. Je zorgt dat componenten op tijd worden voorbereid, gecontroleerd en aangeleverd. Je houdt overzicht, grijpt in waar nodig en zorgt dat de afdeling soepel draait. In deze meewerkende functie draai je zelf volop mee in het proces, daarom is het belangrijk dat je ervaring hebt met conventioneel draaien en frezen. Je kunt zelfstandig werken met conventionele draai- en freesmachines en bent in staat om nauwkeurige componenten te produceren volgens tekening en specificaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je bewaakt de de kwaliteit en de staat van de componenten Het registreren van de conditie en inzetbaarheid van de componenten in het systeem Het beheren van de voorraad

Je werkt nauw samen met operators, de technische dienst en planning om verstoringen te voorkomen en de output van de lijnen te ondersteunen. Jij bent degene die overzicht houdt, knelpunten signaleert en zorgt dat het team elke dag klaarstaat. Je bent zichtbaar op de vloer, stuurt bij, motiveert en zorgt dat iedereen veilig en netjes werkt. Je bouwt mee aan een afdeling waar structuur, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staat.

Ongeveer 25% van je tijd besteed je aan sturing, planning organisatorische taken en 75% van de tijd werk je zelf mee, waarbij je jouw vakmanschap inzet.

Wat jij in huis hebt

  • Wij zoeken een enthousiaste collega met een MBO-4 opleiding in een technische richting, bij voorkeur in de metaaltechniek.
  • Je bent flexibel, klantgericht en werkt graag in teamverband.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de metaalbewerking en ervaring met het aansturen of coördineren van collega’s.
  • Netjes, veilig en nauwkeurig werken is voor jou een vanzelfsprekendheid.
  • Ook ben je bereid om door middel van opleiding en training, jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als vakman.
