Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform onsite surveys of existing building conditions and documenting field measurements and observations.
  • Perform construction phase activities including submittal review and construction site observations.
  • Participate in cross-discipline career development. Engage in continuous learning opportunities, attend industry events, and participate in internal training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adapt to various roles within a project and perform at a high level. Proactively accept tasks beyond the primary scope and adjust to changing priorities to ensure project success, team collaboration, and firm excellence.

Requirements:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
