Position: Junior Solutions Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Solutions Analyst to join our growing team. The Junior Solutions Analyst will work closely with our IT department to identify, develop, and implement solutions that will improve our business processes and operations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technology and business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with IT team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

- Conduct research and analysis to identify business needs and recommend solutions that align with company goals and objectives.

- Develop project plans and timelines for implementing new solutions.

- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions.

- Test and troubleshoot solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are user-friendly.

- Provide training and support to end-users on new solutions.

- Document processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our solutions and processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of technology and business processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

- Experience with data analysis and reporting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
