Lower-middle-market private equity firm is looking for an Investment Associate/Sr. Analyst to evaluate and execute investments in founder-owned businesses. The ideal candidate will have 1 -3 years of PE, Investment Banking or Consulting experience with strong M&A, financial modeling, and diligence skills. Experience leveraging AI, data analytics, and technology within the investment process is highly preferred.
