¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Como Apoyo al área de Recursos Humanos, serás una pieza clave en la creación y consolidación de nuestro departamento. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Selección y Atracción de Talento: Colaborarás en las fases iniciales del ciclo de reclutamiento, desde la publicación de vacantes en diferentes canales hasta el contacto preliminar con candidatos para evaluar su encaje con los valores de la compañía.
  • Onboarding y Experiencia del Empleado: Participarás en la acogida de nuevos colaboradores, asegurando que cuenten con los recursos necesarios para su incorporación y apoyando en el seguimiento de sus primeros meses en el equipo.
  • Administración y Soporte: Colaborarás en el mantenimiento de la base de datos de empleados, gestión documental y soporte en la supervisión de registros operativos diarios.
  • Gestión Operativa de PRL: Apoyarás en tareas operativas relacionadas con la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, así como en la organización de iniciativas internas que fomenten la integración y el buen clima laboral.
