9100 Völkermarkt bzw. 9241 Wernberg

Beschäftigungsausmaß:

Vollzeit, 38,5 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

º Leitung von Industrialisierungsprojekten sowie Planung und Umsetzung technisch robuster und wirtschaftlich optimierter Montageprozesse

º Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder sowie Abstimmung mit Kunden

º Bewertung und Optimierung von Produktdesigns hinsichtlich ihrer industriellen Umsetzbarkeit (DFMAT)

º Konzeption und Implementierung von Montageprozessen, Vorrichtungen, Prüfmitteln sowie Automatisierungs- und Testlösungen einschließlich Qualifizierung und Validierung

º Planung und Verantwortung von CAPEX-Investitionen für Anlagen, Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen

º Entwicklung effizienter Arbeitsplätze und Montageabläufe zur Erreichung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Mengenzielen

º Analyse bestehender Produktionsprozesse und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Prozessqualität und Reduzierung von Verschwendung

º Bei Bedarf Begleitung der Industrialisierung und des Produktionsanlaufs am Standort in der Slowakei

Ihr Profil:

º Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung auf HTL-, FH- oder Universitätsniveau

º Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Produktion in einer vergleichbaren Funktion

º Kenntnisse in Prozessmanagement und Produktionsplanung

º Fundierte Kenntnisse von Methoden und Standards wie Lean Management, Six Sigma, GMP, PPAP, IQ/OQ/PQ oder ISO-Normen

º Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen

º CAD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

º Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz

º Selbstständige, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

º Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
