Die Baugenossenschaft SILU besteht seit 1960 und bewirtschaftet rund 1'000 Wohnungen in 14 Siedlungen im Grossraum Kloten. Sie steht für qualitativ guten und preisgünstigen Wohnraum sowie ein aktives genossenschaftliches Zusammenleben. Im Auftrag der SILU suchen wir für die Geschäftsstelle in Kloten eine fachlich versierte, führungsstarke und gewinnende Persönlichkeit als

In dieser Führungsfunktion tragen Sie die operative Gesamtverantwortung für die Genossenschaft. Ihnen sind die fünf Bereiche Bewirtschaftung, Hauswartung, Finanzen, Genossenschaftskultur sowie Bau und Unterhalt direkt unterstellt. Insgesamt führen Sie rund 36 Mitarbeitende.

Auf der Grundlage der vom Vorstand festgelegten Strategie, Ziele und Rahmenbedingungen stellen Sie die professionelle, wirtschaftliche und nachhaltige Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Genossenschaft sicher. Sie verantworten die operative und finanzielle Steuerung, begleiten bedeutende Bau\- und Sanierungsvorhaben und treiben die Digitalisierung sowie die Optimierung von Strukturen und Prozessen voran. Dabei pflegen Sie eine enge, vertrauensvolle und verbindliche Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand, bereiten fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen vor und sorgen für die konsequente Umsetzung seiner Beschlüsse. Sie vertreten die SILU kompetent gegenüber Genossenschafter, Behörden und weiteren Partnern.

Für diese vielseitige und verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe suchen wir eine

führungsstarke und empathische Persönlichkeit

mit einer fundierten höheren Ausbildung in Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft, Immobilienwirtschaft oder Bau. Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit personeller, organisatorischer und finanzieller Verantwortung. Idealerweise bringen Sie vertiefte Kenntnisse der Immobilienwirtschaft, der gemeinnützigen Wohnbauträger oder des genossenschaftlichen Umfelds mit.

Sie verbinden unternehmerisches und strategisches Denken mit ausgeprägter Umsetzungskompetenz, wirtschaftlichem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und einem kooperativen, klaren Führungsstil. Sie kommunizieren überzeugend, handeln integer und verstehen es, Mitarbeitende zu fördern, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und unterschiedliche Interessen umsichtig zusammenzuführen. Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und die Bereitschaft, in den Siedlungen präsent zu sein, runden Ihr Profil ab.
