Wilke hjælper virksomheder og organisationer med at blive klogere på mennesker og deres holdninger, behov og adfærd. Det gør vi blandt andet gennem telefoniske interviews, og det er her, du som interviewer kommer ind i billedet.

Vi søger ukrainsktalende interviewere til telefoninterviews (CATI), hvor du ringer til ukrainske privatpersoner og gennemfører interviews i forbindelse med forbrugerundersøgelser. Opstart er 5 november.

Det er et krav, at du taler ukrainsk flydende.

Arbejdet foregår på vores centralt beliggende kontor i Odense, Gråbrødrepassagen 9, 2. sal.

Om jobbet

Som interviewer gennemfører du telefoniske interviews med privatpersoner ud fra faste spørgeskemaer.

Din opgave er at skabe en god og naturlig dialog med respondenten, samtidig med at du forholder dig neutral og følger spørgeskemaet og de metodiske retningslinjer. Det er vigtigt, at respondenterne får en god oplevelse, og at deres svar bliver registreret korrekt.

Du behøver ikke have erfaring med interviewarbejde på forhånd. Vi sørger for grundig oplæring og briefing, inden du begynder at ringe.

Dine primære opgaver

  • Gennemførelse af telefoniske interviews (CATI)
  • Telefoniske interviews med ukrainsktalende privatpersoner
  • At skabe en god, naturlig og neutral dialog med respondenterne
  • Korrekt registrering af svar i spørgeskemaet
  • At følge spørgeskemaer og metodiske retningslinjer
  • Dataindsamling, der efterfølgende anvendes til analyser og undersøgelser

Ukrainian-speaking telephone interviewer for consumer research

Wilke helps companies and organisations gain a better understanding of people, their opinions, needs and behaviour. One of the ways we do this is through telephone interviews – and this is where you come in as an interviewer.

We are looking for Ukrainian-speaking interviewers to conduct telephone interviews (CATI), where you will call Ukrainian consumers and conduct interviews as part of consumer research studies. The position starts on November 5.

It is a requirement that you speak Ukrainian fluently.

The work takes place at our centrally located office in Odense at Gråbrødrepassagen 9, 2nd floor.

About the job

As an interviewer, you will conduct telephone interviews with consumers based on structured questionnaires.

Your task is to create a natural and positive dialogue with the respondent while remaining neutral and following the questionnaire and methodological guidelines. It is important that respondents have a good experience and that their answers are recorded accurately.

Previous interviewing experience is not required. We provide thorough training and briefing before you start making calls.

Your primary responsibilities

  • Conducting telephone interviews (CATI)
  • Interviewing Ukrainian-speaking consumers by phone
  • Creating a natural, positive and neutral dialogue with respondents
  • Accurately recording responses in the questionnaire
  • Following questionnaires and methodological guidelines
  • Collecting data that will subsequently be used for research and analysis

You will become part of a professional and social working environment with a strong focus on quality, professionalism and good communication.

About you

We are looking for someone who speaks Ukrainian fluently.

Experience or an interest in communication, customer contact, research, analysis or data collection is an advantage, but not a requirement.

We expect you to:

  • Speak Ukrainian fluently
  • Be reliable and responsible
  • Be comfortable talking to different types of people
  • Be structured and detail-oriented
  • Be quality-conscious and willing to learn
  • Be able to work independently
  • Feel comfortable speaking with people over the phone
  • Be able to communicate neutrally and follow a structured questionnaire

Working hours

The work can take place both during daytime and evening hours, depending on the specific research project and target group.

The number of working hours may vary depending on our projects, and we offer flexible scheduling that can be adapted to your everyday life.
