Binnen Willemen Bouw zijn we gespecialiseerd in burgerlijke bouwkunde, gebouwen en industrie. Dankzij onze vakkennis en efficiënte uitvoering van de werken, worden wij beschouwd als een relevante partner bij grote bouwwerken.

Voor onze projecten zoeken we een gedreven BIM Coördinator die het BIM-proces coördineert, optimaliseert en zorgt voor het project-coördinatiemodel.

Je begeleidt interne en externe teams, bent het aanspreekpunt voor BIM-vragen en draagt bij aan innovatie en procesverbetering binnen de organisatie.

Hoe bouw jij mee aan de strafste plannen?

Coördineren en bewaken van het BIM-proces van projecten in voorbereiding, uitvoering en aanbesteding.Controleren en verbeteren van BIM-modellen (Model Checking & Clash Detection).Genereren van grafische en alfanumerieke informatie (meetstaten, rapporten, uitvoeringsplannen).Aansturen van modelleurs en modelleren van deelaspecten.Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van BIM-processen, protocollen en werkinstructies.Adviseren en ondersteunen van gebruikers bij BIM-tools.Waarborgen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu binnen je werkgebied.Wat heb je in huis?

Master, bij voorkeur in bouwkunde, architectuur of burgerlijk ingenieur.Je hebt minimiaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring.Sterk analytisch, ruimtelijk inzicht en oog voor detail.Vlot in Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.Gepassioneerd door digitale tools en innovatie in de bouw.Vertrouwd met de mogelijkheden van de belangrijkste modelleersoftwares zoals Revit, Tekla, Archicad en Civil3D.Ervaring met BIM-coördinatietools zoals Solibri, Navisworks Manage, Forma, BIMcollab,…Waar kan je bij ons op rekenen?
