Job Description

About the Team

The Creative team brings the Rejuvenation brand to life through thoughtful, compelling visual storytelling across every customer touchpoint. We partner closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Brand, and Retail teams to create engaging creative that inspires customers and supports business goals. As part of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Rejuvenation is committed to exceptional design, craftsmanship, and creating meaningful customer experiences.

About the Role

The Senior Designer, Site Creative designs engaging, user-centered experiences across landing pages, merchandising content, promotional campaigns, and UX enhancements for the Rejuvenation website. This hands-on role independently leads assigned projects from concept through launch, partnering closely with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Marketing, and Technology to improve product discovery, customer confidence, and conversion. The Senior Designer reports to the Director of Creative, who provides creative direction and final approval, and may mentor or directly manage designers as team needs evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Design site creative across landing pages, merchandising experiences, promotional campaigns, and UX enhancements, balancing brand storytelling with usability and business goals.
  • Independently lead assigned design projects from concept through launch, presenting recommendations and incorporating feedback from the Director of Creative and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Web Merchandising, Site Operations, Marketing, and Technology and Development teams to translate business objectives and campaign briefs into effective design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate layout, interaction patterns, and design intent.
  • Apply UX best practices, including accessibility, responsive design, information hierarchy, and usability, to create intuitive customer experiences.
  • Partner with developers during implementation, reviewing work in development and test environments to ensure the final experience aligns with approved designs and brand standards.
  • Create, maintain, and develop Figma design systems with templates and component libraries to support consistent, efficient design execution.
  • Prepare and review creative files for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency before final delivery.
  • Use customer feedback, analytics, usability testing, and business insights to refine designs and improve site experiences.
  • Manage project timelines and communicate progress, dependencies, and risks to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
  • Provide feedback and mentorship to other designers; when assigned direct reports, support their priorities, performance, and professional development.

Criteria

  • 4+ years of professional digital design experience, preferably within ecommerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating site creative, UX thinking, typography, layout, and visual storytelling, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished digital experiences.
  • Experience designing landing pages, merchandising content, promotional campaigns, and UX improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead design projects from concept through implementation, incorporating creative direction and cross-functional feedback.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of HTML preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, information hierarchy, and usability principles.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and templates.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide constructive design feedback and mentor other designers; prior people management experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
