Das St. Willibrord-Spital in Emmerich ist ein zentraler Bestandteil der Gesundheitsversorgung am Niederrhein. Mit 271 Betten, sieben Fachabteilungen und acht spezialisierten medizinischen Zentren bieten wir unseren Patient*innen eine moderne und umfassende Versorgung auf höchstem Niveau – stationär wie ambulant. Jährlich behandeln wir rund 8.000 stationäre und 19.000 ambulante Patient*innen.

Unser engagiertes Team aus etwa 480 Mitarbeitenden verbindet medizinische Spitzenleistung mit fürsorglicher Pflege und persönlicher Zuwendung. Zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams suchen wir eine/n kompetente/n und zuverlässige/n Fieldservice Techniker/in in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

Aufgaben:

  • Installation Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, Druckern und mobilen Endgeräten
  • Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen vor Ort
  • Unterstützung von Rollouts, Umzügen und Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projekt und Betriebsteam (1st- und 2nd-Level)
  • Durchführung von IT Beschaffung im Rahmen des Tagesgeschäfts in Abstimmung mit dem Servicemanagement
  • Vor Ort Begleitung Dritter (interne und externe Dienstleister)
  • Inbetriebhaltung der Schulungs- Konferenz, und Medienräume (organisatorisch)
  • Verwaltung der lokalen IT-Dokumentation Bereitstellung lokaler IT-Dokumentationen
  • Lagermanagement (Bestandsverwaltung)
  • Unterstützung beim Support von Non Standard Systemen für die Fachbereiche
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support
  • Kenntnisse in Windows Client und Serverumgebung sowie MS 365
  • Grundkenntnisse Netzwerktechnik und systematische Verkabelung
  • Grundkenntnisse für Microsoft Azure und Microsoft Entra wünschenswert
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Kundenorientierung
