Das St. Willibrord-Spital in Emmerich ist ein zentraler Bestandteil der Gesundheitsversorgung am Niederrhein. Mit 271 Betten, sieben Fachabteilungen und acht spezialisierten medizinischen Zentren bieten wir unseren Patientinnen eine moderne und umfassende Versorgung auf höchstem Niveau – stationär wie ambulant. Jährlich behandeln wir rund 9.000 stationäre und 18.000 ambulante Patientinnen.

Unser engagiertes Team aus etwa 480 Mitarbeitenden verbindet medizinische Spitzenleistung mit fürsorglicher Pflege und persönlicher Zuwendung. Ein besonderes Anliegen ist uns die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf. Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegedienstes mit Verantwortung für Personal, Organisation und Qualität.
  • Strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Pflegekonzepten unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen gesundheitspolitischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen.
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der pflegerischen Standards.
  • Teil der Krankenhausleitung mit Verantwortung für den Pflege- und Funktionsbereiche
  • Projektverantwortung und eigenständige Steuerung zur Optimierung der verantworteten sowie angrenzender Bereiche
  • Verantwortung für das Pflegecontrolling, Personalplanung und -entwicklung.
  • Förderung einer positiven Arbeitsatmosphäre und Mitarbeiterbindung durch gezielte Fort- und Weiterbildungsangebote.
  • Repräsentation des Pflege- und Funktionsdienstes gegenüber externen Partnern und Institutionen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Pflege- und Gesundheitsmanagement oder vergleichbaren Studiengang mit dem Abschluss Bachelor
  • Führungserfahrung im Bereich der Pflegedirektion
  • Wünschenswert sind Fachkenntnisse mit dem Schwerpunkt Changemanagement, Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Führungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit, ein motiviertes Team zu leiten und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen und organisatorischen Fähigkeiten.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der aktuellen Pflege- und Qualitätsstandards sowie gesetzlicher Vorgaben.
