Bij WilroffReitsma zoeken we geen klassieke verkoper. We zoeken iemand die begrijpt hoe de wereld van IT en telecom werkt, bestaande klantrelaties weet uit te bouwen en zichtbaar is bij klanten.

Je krijgt een bestaande klantenportefeuille verdeeld over telecom en IT. De uitdaging zit niet in koude acquisitie of een stroom aan marketingleads. De uitdaging zit in het versterken van klantrelaties, het terugwinnen van vertrouwen waar nodig en het herkennen van commerciële kansen binnen bestaande klanten.

Daarom zoeken we iemand die al ervaring heeft binnen de IT- en telecombranche. Iemand die de taal van de klant spreekt, advies durft te geven en afspraken maakt die hij of zij ook daadwerkelijk kan waarmaken.

🎯 Wat ga je precies doen?

  • Je beheert en ontwikkelt een bestaande klantenportefeuille binnen telecom en IT;
  • Je bent regelmatig bij klanten aanwezig en investeert actief in sterke relaties;
  • Je signaleert nieuwe behoeften en vertaalt deze naar passende IT- en telecomoplossingen;
  • Je helpt telecomklanten verder groeien richting onze IT-dienstverlening;
  • Je neemt klanten mee naar evenementen, wedstrijden en relatieactiviteiten om langdurige partnerships op te bouwen;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit sales, telecom en IT om klanten optimaal te bedienen;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbare salesfunnel en het realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen;
  • Je neemt initiatief en creëert zelf kansen binnen jouw netwerk en klantenbestand.

🤝Wat mag je van ons verwachten?

Deze functie heeft een relatief lange inwerkperiode. Dat is logisch. Je beweegt je in zowel telecom als IT en leert onze klanten en dienstverlening goed kennen. Gelukkig sta je er niet alleen voor. Op telecomgebied werk je nauw samen met collega's, die beschikken over jarenlange kennis en ervaring. Daardoor krijg je alle ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen terwijl je direct commercieel impact maakt.

Daarnaast krijg je:

  • Een salaris tussen de € 4.500 en € 6.250 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur;
  • Een laptop van de zaak en een telefoon in het merk van jouw voorkeur (Samsung of Iphone);
  • Een auto van de zaak of mobiliteitsvergoeding;
  • Een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid en invloed;

👤Wat vragen wij van jou?

Je hoeft niet alles te weten. Maar je brengt wel de juiste basis mee.

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als accountmanager binnen IT, telecom of een combinatie daarvan;
  • Je bent afkomstig van een telecomprovider, IT-dienstverlener of vergelijkbare organisatie;
  • Je begrijpt de dynamiek van zakelijke IT- en telecomoplossingen;
  • Je hebt lef, zelfvertrouwen en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat je moet doen;
  • Je bent zichtbaar, betrouwbaar en doet wat je belooft;
  • Je vindt het leuk om langdurige klantrelaties op te bouwen en uit te bouwen;
  • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau.
