Muito além da logística, somos movidos por pessoas que aceitam o desafio de movimentar e transformar o país todos os dias.Buscamos um(a) Analista Administrativo Jr para somar ao nosso time de Operações no Centro Logístico!Nesta função, você atuar como Key User dos sistemas CLS, desenvolvendo e compartilhando com os usuários o conhecimento pleno da ferramenta, dos processos operacionais e das regras do negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuições -Ter pleno conhecimento dos sistemas do CLS e das regras do negócio.- Desenvolver projetos de melhorias dos processos operacionais.- Disseminar conhecimento dos sistemas do CLS para os usuários e realizar reciclagens periódicas.- Fazer a interface entre Operações e TI, avaliando as soluções de questões pendentes .- Participar do cômite de eficiência operacional, acompanhando os status das demandas inseridas na agenda.- Documentar os processos impactados sempre que houver mudança.- Participar das validações dos processos que envolvem a área operacional em conjunto com outros setores.- Desempenhar e multiplicar suas atividades em acordo com a Cultura WS, normas de SMS, Procedimentos e Instruções de Trabalho.- Respeitar as regras e princípios de SMS do Terminal através do cumprimento dos procedimentos de SMS. - Atuar de forma colaborativa, orientados pelos pilares e princípios do programa Jeito de Navegar WS , para que cada interação gere valor, construa conexões e supere as expectativas dos clientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;Sólidos conhecimentos em análise financeira (DRE e Balanço);Domínio de ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Looker Studio/Data Studio ou afins) para construção de relatórios e indicadores;Pacote Office intermediário/avançado (especialmente Excel);Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas, financeiras ou operacionais;
