Muito além da logística, somos movidos por pessoas que aceitam o desafio de movimentar e transformar o país todos os dias.Buscamos um profissional para atuar no processo de entrada de notas fiscais do Grupo, com objetivo de auxiliar na garantia de que todas as Notas Fiscais inseridas no Sistema(MM), sejam pagas dentro do prazo, para redução do risco de pagamento de Multas e Juros em caso de atrasos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o processo de RC e MIGO dos pagamentos do Corporativo;Realizar o processo de MIRO > Analisar os documentos fiscais e não fiscais inseridos no Sistema FLUIG, de acordo com o pedido realizado, visando o correto lançamento no Sistema SAP, com a devida programação de pagamentos. Executar processos financeiros (contas a pagar) conforme os procedimentos operacionais, políticas e normas estabelecidas.Conhecer sua produtividade, para auxiliar que a área atinja sua meta diária estabelecida de Notas Lançadas;Suporte diário aos Assistentes Plenos, para manter o equilíbrio dos inputs das Notas Fiscais, auxiliando no fechamento diário.Devolutiva dos e-mails direcionados para a Tesouraria Contas a Pagar.
