Muito além da logística, somos movidos por pessoas que aceitam o desafio de movimentar e transformar o país todos os dias.Tem autoridade em ministrar treinamentos técnicos para desenvolver as habilidades, contribuir para melhorar o desempenho e a alta performance dos colaboradores dos cargos operacionais, promovendo serviços de maior qualidade do Tecon Salvador e Centro Logístico.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar formação e reciclagens dos cargos operacionais (Trator de Pátio ( TT) ; Empilhadeira de pequeno ( EPP) ; Grande Porte ( EC, Ev) ; Guindaste Portuário Sobre Pneus (RTG) ;Guindaste Portuário Sobre Trilhos STS( Portêiner) conforme demandas das áreas;Dar suporte técnico conforme demandas: investigação de acidentes, avaliação técnica do desempenho de funcionários, avaliação das condições operacionais dos equipamentos, e avaliação das condições de trabalho das atividades operacionais – navio, cais e pátio.Realizar integração – atividades operacionais para os novos funcionários e terceiros;Elaborar relatórios acerca do desempenho dos colaboradores de operações.Elaborar/avaliar documentos – IT’s e Procedimentos, conforme demanda da área operacional.Respeitar as regras e princípios de SMS do Terminal através do cumprimento dos procedimentos de SMS Atuar de forma colaborativa, orientados pelos pilares e princípios do programa Jeito de Navegar WS , para que cada interação gere valor, construa conexões e supere as expectativas dos clientes. Requisitos e qualificações- Ensino médio completo;- Experiência operacional comprovada nos equipamentos Portainer, RTG ( Rubber-Tired Gantry ) e Reach Stacker;- Competência pedagógica (Planejar e executar aulas teóricas, práticas e simuladas);- Conhecimento básico em ferramentas da Google (E-mail, Planilha e Documentos) ou Pacote Office;Sérá um diferencial:- Vivência em equipamentos com operação remota é um diferencial;- Nível superior concluído ou em andamento é um diferencial;- Experiência como Instrutor, Facilitador e Padrinho é um diferencial;
