Equipment Operator We are looking for a reliable and motivated Finishing Equipment Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production position where you will set up and operate a variety of finishing and packaging equipment, monitor production, perform quality checks, troubleshoot basic machine issues, and help prepare finished products for shipping. Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, packaging, or similar equipment experience is preferred. Training on our specific equipment and processes will be provided. Position Details Position: Full-Time, PermanentDepartment: FinishingShifts:

Monday to Friday 2:30 pm-11:00 pm Monday to Friday 10:30 pm - 7:00 am

Starting Wage: $17.77+/hourLocation: St. James Industrial Area, Winnipeg, MB (near Route 90) What We Offer

What You'll Do Depending on daily production requirements, your responsibilities may include:

Set up and operate a variety of finishing, packaging, and production equipment. Adjust machine settings and components according to job and production requirements. Monitor equipment during production to ensure it is operating properly. Check product counts, labels, and finished products for accuracy and quality. Identify and clear basic machine jams and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues. Perform general machine maintenance as required. Complete production records and enter information into computer databases. Label, organize, package, and prepare finished products for shipping. Organize stock and move materials and finished products as required. Work on different equipment and in other areas of the Finishing Department based on production needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production requirements. Perform other production duties as required.

What We're Looking For You may be a good fit for this position if you have:

Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, packaging, or related equipment experience. Mechanical aptitude and an interest in working with production equipment. Ability to learn the setup and operation of different types of equipment. Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues. Strong attention to detail and product quality. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a production environment. Basic computer skills and ability to accurately complete production records. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. Ability to safely lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Education & Experience

Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, packaging, or similar equipment experience is preferred. Experience with finishing, sheet-fed, packaging, printing, or related production equipment is considered an asset. Basic computer experience is an asset. Knowledge of manufacturing quality and safety practices is an asset. Training on our specific equipment and production processes will be provided.
