SOBRE EL PUESTO

Buscamos un Asistente de Prensa Junior que trabajará bajo la responsabilidad del Responsable de RRPP y tendrá como objetivo promover la imagen de Winamax y destacar la oferta de póker y apuestas deportivas de Winamax con los periodistas y diferentes medios, siguiendo la estrategia establecida por el departamento de Relaciones Prensa y Relaciones Públicas.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

  • Seguimiento y contacto telefónico: realizar un seguimiento activo por teléfono con periodistas y medios de comunicación españoles tras el envío de las notas de prensa
  • Gestión y actualización rigurosa de las bases de datos y listados de contactos de prensa en España
  • Apoyo en la difusión de comunicados de prensa y en su revisión
  • Gestión de la cobertura de prensa realizada por las diferentes revistas de prensa relativas a la marca Winamax
  • Gestión de las solicitudes de información con los medios y los periodistas
  • Apoyo en la organización de acciones realizadas por el servicio RP
  • Puesta en marcha y seguimiento de las entrevistas dadas por un interlocutor de Winamax
  • Seguimiento de prensa y coordinación con creadores de contenido: seguimiento de las acciones de prensa y enlace entre los medios y los influencers/creadores de contenido colaborando con la marca
  • Informes regulares: elaboración de reportes periódicos sobre los impactos y resultados obtenidos
  • Gestión de los listing de contactos RP: actualización rigurosa y mantenimiento de la base de datos de periodistas y medios
  • Seguimiento de prensa y monitorización diaria: realizar un seguimiento periódico de las repercusiones en medios y elaborar los informes de prensa
  • Realizar un seguimiento diario de la prensa y de la competencia (monitorización de medios)
  • Registrar y actualizar las tablas de seguimiento de las repercusiones en prensa (informes de campaña)

TU PERFIL

  • Interés por el contacto telefónico, facilidad para comunicarse oralmente y proactividad a la hora de realizar el seguimiento con los medios de comunicación
  • Eres organizado, metódico y reactivo
  • Capacidad redaccional
  • Facilidad en la expresión oral y escrita para tratar con la prensa

  • Tipo de contrato: indefinido (35h/semanales)

  • Fecha de inicio: principios de noviembre
