A PROPOS DU POSTE

Dans le cadre de notre programme relationnel, nous recrutons plusieurs Chargé de Validation de Comptes. Tu auras pour mission principale de garantir la fiabilité et la conformité des comptes joueurs en veillant au respect des exigences réglementaires et internes.

DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE

Au sein Supports Clients, tu seras chargé(e) de :

  • Vérifier et valider les documents d’identité et justificatifs transmis par nos nouveaux joueurs, conformément aux exigences réglementaires
  • Assurer la conformité des comptes joueurs dans le respect des procédures internes et légales
  • Identifier et signaler toute anomalie ou tentative de fraude
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus de validation et de contrôle

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Tu es disponible dès maintenant pour une prise de poste en présentiel
  • Tu es à l’aise avec les outils bureautiques et Internet
  • Ta situation personnelle te permet de travailler de façon sereine selon un planning tournant (16h-00h, ou 8h-16h, y compris plusieurs samedis et dimanches par mois)
  • Casier judiciaire vierge exigé

MODALITÉS ASSOCIÉES AU POSTE

  • Idéal premier emploi
  • Poste à pourvoir en CDD de 6 mois pour un démarrage asap
  • Lieu de travail : Paris intra-muros
  • Disponibilité immédiate souhaitée
  • Volume de travail : 35h par semaine, en planning tournant incluant du travail de soir et le week-end
  • Rémunération fixe + variable
