Als Teil des Winamax-Kundenservice, dem Rückgrat der Zufriedenheit unserer Spieler, bist du dafür verantwortlich, ihre Anfragen und Nachrichten zu bearbeiten: Auskünfte, Kontoangelegenheiten, Reklamationen …

Dein Ziel: das Spielerlebnis optimieren, ein besseres Verständnis unserer Poker- und Sportwettenangebote fördern und die Nutzung der bereitgestellten Systeme erleichtern.

Deine Hauptaufgabe erstreckt sich über alle Kanäle, auf denen wir mit unseren Kunden kommunizieren: E-Mail, soziale Netzwerke, Online-Events und Live-Veranstaltungen.

Du bist ein zentraler Bestandteil unserer Markenwahrnehmung. Wenn ein Spieler mit dem Service und der Aufmerksamkeit, die er von Winamax erhält, zufrieden ist, dann ist das dein Verdienst - gemeinsam mit deinem Team im Kundenservice!

GESUCHTES PROFIL

  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache): einwandfreie schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
