The posting

Voor onze basisschool GBS Windroos in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste taalcoach, leerkracht of logopedist in het kader van het project Ieder Kind Taalheld.

Je ondersteunt leerlingen die extra begeleiding nodig hebben bij hun Nederlandse taalontwikkeling. Je werkt nauw samen met de klasleerkrachten en het zorgteam om de taalvaardigheid van onze leerlingen te versterken.

Jouw taken:

  • Je begeleidt leerlingen individueel of in kleine groepjes.
  • Je werkt gericht aan woordenschat, taalbegrip, mondelinge taalvaardigheid en andere taalvaardigheden.
  • Je stemt de taalondersteuning af op de noden van de leerlingen.
  • Je overlegt met klasleerkrachten en het zorgteam over de begeleiding en vooruitgang van de leerlingen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een stimulerende en taalrijke leeromgeving.

We zoeken iemand die graag met kinderen werkt, initiatief neemt en enthousiast is om mee te bouwen aan sterke taalvaardigheden voor al onze leerlingen.

  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met kinderen en hun taalontwikkeling.
  • Je hebt oog voor de individuele noden en talenten van leerlingen.
  • Je bent geduldig, empathisch en weet kinderen op een positieve manier te motiveren.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent flexibel en staat open voor feedback en samenwerking.
