Náplň práce: zastupování společnosti v oblasti mezinárodního obchodu a komunikace se zahraničními obchodními partnery, vyhledávání a oslovování nových obchodních partnerů a rozvoj obchodních vztahů, komunikace se stávajícími zákazníky, dodavateli a obchodními partnery, příprava obchodních nabídek a podkladů pro realizaci obchodních případů, koordinace objednávek a jednotlivých fází obchodních případů, organizace a koordinace tuzemské a mezinárodní přepravy zboží, komunikace s dopravci, speditéry, sklady a dalšími subjekty zapojenými do přepravy, koordinace přípravy zboží k expedici, kontrola obchodní, přepravní, fakturační a celní dokumentace, příprava podkladů souvisejících s dovozem a vývozem zboží, práce s fakturačními, informačními a SRM/CRM systémy společnosti, evidence a kontrola obchodních případů v interních systémech, příprava pravidelných obchodních reportů a přehledů o realizovaných zakázkách, sledování průběhu zakázek od objednávky až po dodání zboží zákazníkovi, řešení operativních záležitostí souvisejících s obchodem, expedicí a přepravou zboží.Požadavky na uchazeče:- vysokoškolské vzdělání, v případě zahraničního vysokoškolského vzdělání musí být toto vzdělání již uznáno v České republice (nostrifikováno),- ukrajinský jazyk – znalost na úrovni rodilého mluvčího (C2), zejména pro obchodní jednání a komunikaci s ukrajinsky hovořícími obchodními partnery,- anglický jazyk – komunikativní znalost, umožňující obchodní komunikaci a práci s obchodní a přepravní dokumentací,- praktická znalost dokumentace používané při tuzemské a mezinárodní přepravě zboží,- znalost základních celních a exportních/importních dokumentů a postupů,- zkušenosti s fakturačními a podnikovými informačními systémy,- zkušenosti s používáním SRM/CRM systémů,- zkušenosti s přípravou obchodních reportů, přehledů a vyhodnocováním obchodních případů,- předchozí praxe v oblasti obchodu, mezinárodního obchodu nebo logistiky,- dobré organizační a komunikační schopnosti,- schopnost samostatně koordinovat obchodní případy a přepravu zboží,- pečlivost, samostatnost, odpovědnost a schopnost řešit operativní situace.
