You will:

  • Lead day-to-day workplace operations for LiveRamp’s San Francisco office, including reception, guest services, office services, events, employee experience, and workplace readiness.
  • Serve as the primary workplace partner for employees, visitors, executives, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders at the assigned site.
  • Manage workplace vendors and service providers, including scope of work, service levels, contracts, invoices, issue resolution, and renewal evaluations.
  • Coordinate facility, asset, maintenance, safety, security, sustainability, and workplace experience programs in partnership with internal teams and external providers.
  • Support capital projects, construction activities, office moves, space changes, and other workplace initiatives through planning, communication, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop and track site-level goals, key performance indicators, budgets, service metrics, and employee feedback to improve operational performance and demonstrate impact.
  • Plan and execute in-office, hybrid, and virtual events, including marquee employee events, executive meetings, board meetings, and company gatherings.
  • Partner with Workplace Experience leadership to implement programs that support LiveRamp’s evolving ways of working and create inclusive, accessible, and welcoming environments.
  • Collaborate with Business Technology, Security, Finance, People and Culture, Communications, executive assistants, and other business partners to deliver coordinated workplace programs.
  • Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities, establish clear action plans, and communicate progress, decisions, and results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate workplace documentation, operating procedures, vendor records, schedules, and emergency preparedness materials.
  • Measure success through reliable site operations, strong vendor performance, effective budget management, positive employee and visitor experiences, successful event delivery, and timely completion of workplace projects.
  • Provide occasional executive administrative support as needed to support business priorities and leadership effectiveness.
  • This position is onsite in our San Francisco office, 5 days a week.

Your team will:

  • The Workplace Experience team creates and operates distinctive spaces that help LiveRampers achieve their goals, connect with one another, and do their best work. The team partners across the company to deliver reliable operations, thoughtful programs, and engaging experiences for an agile workforce.
  • You will help the team solve practical and strategic workplace challenges, including how to make office environments more inclusive and accessible, how to use data and feedback to improve experiences, how to deliver consistent service through vendors and partners, and how to support employees through workplace change.
  • In the first six months, you will learn the San Francisco office, establish relationships with key partners and vendors, assess operational priorities, and create a clear plan for service and experience improvements.
  • Within 12 months, you will lead measurable improvements to site operations, vendor performance, workplace programs, and event execution while supporting projects aligned with the company’s evolving ways of working.
  • Within 18 months, you will be recognized as a trusted workplace advisor, with scalable operating practices, strong stakeholder relationships, and a demonstrated track record of improving the employee and visitor experience.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities management, office operations, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience managing office operations, vendors, facilities services, employee programs, or events in a corporate environment.
  • Experience planning large scale events as well as monthly happy hours and other various engagements.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including developing plans, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, tracking risks, and delivering outcomes.
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, invoices, service agreements, or vendor performance.
  • Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco office and respond to the operational needs of the workplace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, executives, and partners at all levels.
  • Ability to organize competing priorities, make informed decisions, and follow through on commitments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using workplace, project management, collaboration, ticketing, or office-management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive workplace matters with discretion.
  • Demonstrated commitment to creating inclusive, accessible, and welcoming workplace experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and locations. A practical, service-oriented approach to solving problems and improving processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting agile, hybrid, or flexible work environments.
  • Experience planning and executing executive meetings, board meetings, company celebrations, or large-scale employee events.
  • Experience with workplace analytics, employee feedback programs, operational reporting, or performance dashboards.
  • Experience with health and safety, emergency preparedness, business continuity, sustainability, or accessibility programs.
  • Experience leading change-management communications and employee adoption initiatives.
  • Experience working with global or multi-site Workplace Experience teams.
  • Familiarity with facilities-management systems, visitor-management platforms, space-planning tools, procurement systems, or project-management software.

This position is onsite in our San Francisco office, 5 days a week.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $86,500 to $101,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
