About the Role:

Wing is looking for a Sourcing Manager, Professional Services to join our Indirect Sourcing team. This role is hybrid based in Palo Alto, CA. In this role, you will lead end-to-end strategic procurement and sourcing within Wing's Professional Services portfolio. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Business Information Systems (BIS), Safety, People Operations, Facilities, and Operations to define requirements, design vendor strategy, negotiate key contracts and rates, mitigate supplier risks and manage spend governance as Wing continues to scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end strategic procurement and competitive RFPs for key business initiatives across Professional Services, software, and other operational needs.
  • Drive contract lifecycle management, including drafting and negotiating new services agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and renewals
  • Conduct independent end-to-end deal ownership and contract redline negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Legal, Finance, BIS, Safety, Facilities, and Operations to gather requirements and construct detailed bottoms-up cost models. Partner with the business owners on SLA definition, measurement methods, adherence and evolution as Wing’s business grows.
  • Maintain spend governance and category strategy by building spend dashboards, rate cards, and tracking active contract expiration thresholds
  • Act as a point of escalation for vendor performance and KPI adherence.
  • Build a cohesive portfolio of partners and relationships rooted in trust and mutual respect.
  • Structure team playbooks, RFP tracking frameworks, and automate where possible.
  • Conduct market research and industry networking across various professional services specializations to build deep industry expertise.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, indirect procurement or professional services management (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience in management consulting or finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated track record running competitive RFPs, drafting complex SOWs, and negotiating strong favorable commercial terms and operational frameworks with suppliers.
  • Strong financial acumen with proven capability in spend modeling, cost analysis, and category budget management.
  • Hands-on experience creating procurement tools and spend analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.

Salary Range

$153,000—$162,000 USD
