Wingerdbloei is een dynamische, progressieve jeugdhulporganisatie actief in groot Antwerpen.

Wij begeleiden kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen die het (even) moeilijk hebben.

De kinderen en jongeren wonen soms tijdelijk bij ons. Dit is een fantastische uitdaging waar je als opvoeder boeiende en authentieke relaties kan aangaan.

We zijn creatief, innovatief en zien het kind/de jongere/de context als onze partner in het proces.

We geloven in vernieuwende projecten, werken vanuit Nieuwe Autoriteit en laten ervaringsleren steeds deel uitmaken van een begeleidingstraject.

We zoeken een psycholo(o)g(e)/ (ortho)pedago(o)g(e) voor onze leefgroepen Do en Wahid. In de groep kunnen jongens terecht die erkend zijn als 'Niet Begeleide Minderjarige Vreemdeling (NBMV)' door Fedasil tot ze meerderjarig zijn. Centraal staat het bieden van opvang, warmte en nabijheid en een veilige thuishaven.

Je kan je vinden in de visie op hulpverlening en erkingsprincipes die Wingerdbloei hanteert.

Je hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep NBMV en notie van verblijfsprocedures

Je houdt van mensen. Je bent gedreven, enthousiast, niet snel van je sokken geblazen en beschikt over een groot hart en veel humor.

Je hebt kennis van/ervaring met jongeren met een traumatisch verleden en/of heden.

Je kan je aandacht verdelen, durft beslissingen nemen en een afspraak is een afsraak.

Je kan zowel voor jezelf als in het aansturen van teams, structureren en tijdschema's respecteren.

Je bent communicatief sterk

Je spreekt rechtuit, durft te zeggen wat je denkt en voelt. Je kan en durft confronteren en relativeren.

Je hebt kennis van de regelgeving jeugdhulp en in het bijzonder het DRM.

Je hebt kennis en/of ervaring met Systematisch handelen, Nieuwe Autoriteit, Neuro-de-escalatie, werken vanuit de Schaal voor Emotionele Ontwikkeling, Ervaringsleren.

Je bent flexibel.

Je neemt deel aan functie gerelateerde interne en externe vormingen.

Je kan zelf ondersteunende vorming organiseren binnen de organisatie.

Een rijbewijs B is een absolute meerwaarde.
