JOB SUMMARY

The Sr. Mortgage Loan Compliance Analyst plays an important role in helping Wings maintain strong, compliant, and effective mortgage lending practices. Partnering closely with the Manager of Compliance and Quality Control, this position provides independent oversight of mortgage loan quality, regulatory compliance, and credit risk across the lending lifecycle.

In this role, you’ll review lending processes, systems, reports, and loan documentation to ensure alignment with internal standards and applicable regulatory, governmental, investor, and secondary market requirements. You’ll stay current on evolving compliance and credit requirements, identify potential risks or process gaps, and help translate those insights into practical improvements to policies, procedures, training, and technology.

Just as importantly, you’ll work collaboratively with Mortgage Lending leaders, Compliance partners, vendors, and training teams to understand trends, address recurring findings, and strengthen the processes that support both our members and the organization.

Quality Control & Vendor Oversight

  • Provide oversight of third-party quality control vendors supporting the Compliance function, including monitoring timeliness, accuracy, service levels, findings, and rebuttal processes.
  • Analyze and consolidate quality-control findings to identify trends, recurring issues, and potential training or process-development needs across mortgage origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and servicing.
  • Support compliance-related vendor projects by developing timelines and questionnaires and partnering with project leads, managers, and vendor-selection partners.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
