.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades a serem desempenhadas:Supervisionar e garantir o bom andamento das operações logísticas e de transporte da unidade, com foco em desempenho, produtividade, segurança e qualidade.Acompanhar e orientar equipes operacionais e de liderança, assegurando o cumprimento dos processos, metas e normas da empresa.Atuar de forma analítica e estratégica na resolução de problemas, otimização de recursos e melhoria contínua das rotinas operacionais.Liderar e desenvolver equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo feedbacks constantes, capacitação e planos de desenvolvimento individual para subordinados diretos e indiretos. Realizar a gestão de conflitos, promover o engajamento das equipes e manter um clima organizacional positivo, alinhado aos valores e à conduta ética da companhia.Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de apoio, como RH, Qualidade, Engenharia, Planejamento e TI, garantindo a fluidez dos processos e o atingimento das metas globais da operação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando em áreas correlatas.Necessário conhecimento intermediário em Excel Experiência na função. Conhecimento no sistema TOTVS RM será considerado um diferencial.
