  • Organize, upload, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
  • Assist with electronic records management and other computer-based tasks.
  • Support communication between patients, the physician, and in-office staff.
  • Ensure patient information is handled accurately and confidentially in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Note: Medical billing is handled by a separate billing specialist and is not part of this position's primary responsibilities.

  • Working knowledge of medical terminology, common medications, and basic primary care workflows.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with clear, easily understandable pronunciation and a professional phone manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a busy medical environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and training.
  • Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and commitment to long-term employment.
  • Ability to communicate patiently and respectfully with elderly patients.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
