Jouw focus is het onderhouden en uitbreiden van het bestaand partner netwerk in België. Je bouwt relaties op met exclusieve Winsol partners. Dankzij je marktinzichten en (technische) ondersteuning zorg je ervoor dat professionals steeds opnieuw kiezen voor Winsol als vaste leverancier en commerciële partner.

Over de rol

  • Je bouwt stapsgewijs verantwoordelijkheid op over je eigen klantenportefeuille en draagt actief bij aan de commerciële groei van jouw regio.
  • Je bezoekt bestaande klanten en prospecten, detecteert opportuniteiten en adviseert hen over passende oplossingen binnen het Winsol-gamma.
  • Je bouwt via actieve prospectie verder aan het klantenbestand en volgt commerciële opportuniteiten en lopende dossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe klanten intensief en maakt hen wegwijs in onze producten, tools en systemen.
  • Je werkt samen met technische experts, backoffice en andere interne collega’s om klantvragen en projecten goed op te volgen.
  • Je investeert in duurzame klantrelaties en kijkt daarbij zowel naar de huidige samenwerking als naar toekomstig commercieel potentieel.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen in de markt en sector en vertaalt relevante inzichten naar opportuniteiten binnen jouw regio.

Over jou

  • We kijken uit naar een junior-medior profiel (2-5 jaar ervaring) om ons te ondersteunen.
  • Je hebt minstens twee jaar ervaring in een sales functie met een technisch product. Kennis of ervaring met schrijnwerk (Ramen, deuren, zonneweringen, … is een groot voordeel)
  • Je hebt een hogere opleiding gevolgd (Bachelor, Graduaat, …)
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Andere talen zijn een meerwaarde (FR/EN)
  • Je hebt vlotte communicatieve skills en een klantgerichte mindset.
  • Ja kan je goed organiseren, bent sterk in de opvolging van klanten en werkt ook graag op een zelfstandige manier. Je krijgt er van ons veel vertrouwen voor terug.
