Over de positie

Wij gaan op zoek naar een nieuwe Teamleader voor onze afdeling PVC-schrijnwerk. Samen met je collega sta je in voor de dagelijkse werking van de productie afdeling (+30 collega’s) en ben je het aanspreekpunt van het team. Door een sterke opleiding en jouw technische interesse kan je het team bijstaan bij moeilijkheden tijdens het proces. Daarnaast neem je een coachende rol op voor het team.

Over de rol

Samen met je collega Teamleader ga je aan de slag om de productieplanning te volgen. Hiervoor ondersteun je de collega’s bij technische problemen, verdeel je het werk en de prioriteiten en zorg je voor de nodige kwaliteitscontroles. In het kort omvat jouw pakket:

  • Het aansturen, coachen en opleiden van collega’s binnen de productie van PVC-schrijnwerk.
  • Dagdagelijkse opvolging en organisatie van de productieactiviteiten
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles van afgewerkte producten.
  • Bijdragen aan het besef van veiligheids-en kwaliteitsnormen op de werkvloer
  • Ondersteunen van het behalen van attesten en certificaten voor onze producten.

Over jou

  • In je loopbaan heb je minstens een eerste ervaring als leidinggevende.
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar werkervaring in productiebedrijven waar technische affiniteit van toepassing is. Mocht je ervaring hebben binnen het schrijnwerk is dat een sterk voordeel.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Een basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt goede communicatie skills: je kan luisteren naar de bezorgdheden van collega’s, duidelijke werkinstructies geven en bij onduidelijkheden of conflicten tussen beide komen.
