Customer Service Schweiz (m/w/d) 100% mit Teamleitungsfunktion (Customer Service Schweiz/Export)

Aufgaben Customer Service Schweiz:

* Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden * Vollständige Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung * Erstellung von Offerten * Reklamationsentgegennahme und Erledigung mit Hilfe des Vorgesetzten und/oder Productmanagers * Pflege der Kunden\- und Verkaufsdaten im ERP\-System * Nachbearbeitung der Reiserapporte der Area Manager * Messe Vor\- und Nachbearbeitung * Mailings, Aktionen und deren Follow\-up

Zusätzliche Teamleitungsfunktionen Customer Service Schweiz/Export:

  • Unterstützung direkter Vorgesetzte/r
  • Analyse und Verbesserung administrativer Abläufe zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Unterstützung und Betreuung des Customer Service (1\. Ansprechperson)
  • Durchführung der jährlichen Mitarbeitergespräche
  • Koordination der Ferien\- und Abwesenheitsplanung des Customer Service
  • Sicherstellung der Stellvertretungen und einer reibungslosen Teamabdeckung
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit in spezifischen Projekt\- und Arbeits\-Gruppen

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Customer Service oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Organisationstalent und Freude an koordinativen Aufgaben
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und gleichzeitig ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Gute MS\-Office\- und idealerweise ERP\-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\-, ösisch\- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
